Calling all social and behavioural science researchers in the field of neglected tropical disease!

iCHORDS is accepting applications for steering committee members.

⭐ The role of the SC member is as follows:

1. Assist with resolving issues and risks that may arise within iCHORDS.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to iCHORDS.
3. Provide, review and monitor the strategic direction of iCHORDS.
4. Utilize influence and networks to support initiatives to achieve desired organizational outcomes.
5. Actively participate in meetings through attendance, discussion, and review of minutes, papers and other SC documents.
6. Selection and onboarding of new steering committee members.
7. Take a genuine interest in iCHORDS and its outcomes and overall success.
8. Planning to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy.

Successful applicants must have experience working in the field of neglected tropical diseases, as well as demonstrated experience applying the social and behavioural sciences. The position is open to those in all stages of their career (i.e. early, mid-level and senior).

You are encouraged to apply if you have previous experience serving on a committee, strategic planning and implementation, and/or advocacy for NGOs/other non-profit organizations.
