Mavis Pearl Kwabla is a Public Health Epidemiologist, currently a senior lecturer at UHAS and holds a PhD degree in Epidemiology from Helmholtz Centre of Infection Research in Germany. Mavis started her career as a Disease Control Officer where she coordinated elimination and control of infectious diseases. She joined academia after obtaining an MPH degree and have since been involved in teaching, conducting research and providing service to community.
