Shahreen Chowdhury is a Research Associate at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, specialising in implementation research to advance inclusive health systems in Nigeria and Liberia. Her work focuses on improving case management for skin Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), with a particular focus on mental health and disability inclusion. Passionate about fostering community-level inclusion, Shahreen utilises qualitative and creative participatory methodologies to co-design programs that promote better care and integration for those affected by NTDs.
