About:

Dr. Chioma Ogochukwu Anorue is a public health parasitologist with PhD in Public health parasitology, MSc in Medical parasitology and entomology and BSc in Zoology. She is currently a faculty tenure Lecturer in the department of Biology, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-alike Ebonyi State Nigeria. She is a public health advocate who creates awareness about NTDs to rural communities. She is a chairperson of OWSD Ebonyi State and her university. She is the state coordinator of Female Genital Schistosomiasis society of Nigeria. She is a state coordinator and member of Parasitology and Public health Society of Nigeria. She is a STEM woman encouraging young girls and women to embrace STEM subjects. She has a mentoring programme of 65 mentees in this month of September. She loves the reading, traveling and networking.
