About:

I have been working in the molecular diagnosis of Leishmaniasis and Chagas diseases in Mexico, as well as the study of the immune response to Leishmania mexicana in human macrophages. I work in collaboration with other research centers to improve molecular and serological diagnosis in regions that are active foci of Leishmaniasis and Chagas Disease.
